Click-to-WhatsApp Ads for Aircon and Home Services

What happens today

How it runs on WhatsApp
- The ad opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message, such as “Hi, I’d like the 3-unit general servicing offer” (example). AeroChat reads it and knows the offer.

- It asks for the number of units, the type of service, the postal code and the address.

The recipe
Copy this into AeroChat
When someone messages us from a Facebook or Instagram ad, follow these steps.
- Read their first message to see which offer they clicked. “3-unit servicing” means our S$90 general servicing for 3 units (example). If it is not clear, ask which offer they saw.
- Ask how many units they have, whether they want general servicing or a chemical wash, and their postal code and address.
- Quote the price from our price list for that number of units.
- Search Jobber for a client with their phone number. If there is none, create the client with their name, address and the source “Click-to-WhatsApp ad, servicing” (example).
- Check free visits in Jobber for their area over the next 7 days and offer three.
- Create the job for the slot they pick, with the units and service type in the job notes. Send the date and time window.
- If they describe water leaking, no cooling at all, or a burning smell, hand the conversation to our team straight away.
Keep the first reply short and about the offer in the ad. Reply in the customer’s language.
Change the prices and service types to your own. For ServiceM8 or Housecall Pro, name that system instead and keep the steps.

What it costs on WhatsApp
When someone messages you from a click-to-WhatsApp ad in the WhatsApp app on Android or iOS, and you reply within 24 hours, Meta opens a free window of up to 7 days. AeroChat replies within seconds, so the window opens on every ad chat from a phone. An aircon ad chat usually closes in a few messages: the offer, the address, the unit count and the slot. Done within 7 days of your first reply, all of it is free, including the booking confirmation. Meta Business Agent messages are the only ones still charged in the window. After it closes, service replies are free up to 1,000 a month per business phone number and then charged per message, and templates are charged per message.
