How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Jobber’s public GraphQL API (Jobber developer documentation). Through it, AeroChat reads clients, properties, requests, quotes, jobs, visits and invoices, and creates clients, properties and requests. Jobber can also send webhooks when, for example, a quote is approved or a visit changes.
Jobber uses OAuth, so there is no key to copy. When AeroChat builds the workflow, it asks you to sign in to Jobber and approve the access. You describe the workflow in plain English and AeroChat builds it. Credentials are handled in the dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a customer asks for a service, ask what they need, the address and when suits them. Look them up in Jobber by phone number. If they are new, collect their name and email and create the client and property. Create a request in Jobber with the service, their preferred times and a summary of the chat. Tell them our team will confirm a time within two working hours (example). If they describe anything unsafe, hand the conversation to a person straight away.
