Connect Odoo CRM to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and AI Chat

How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Odoo’s external API. It reads contacts, opportunities, quotations and sales orders, and it creates and updates leads and opportunities, logs notes and schedules activities. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, a user with access to the CRM opens their Odoo profile, goes to Account Security and creates an API key for AeroChat, as described in Odoo’s external API documentation. Paste your Odoo address, database name, login and the key into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks. Odoo makes the external API available on its Custom plan, and not on the One App Free or Standard plans.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Odoo calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When someone gives their name and email or phone number in chat, search Odoo for a contact with that email or phone. If they have an open opportunity, log a note on it. If not, create a lead in the CRM with their name, email, phone, company and a title that says what they asked about. Set the source to the channel they used and add the tag Chat (example). Log a note with a short summary of the conversation.
Copy this into AeroChat
When a customer asks about a quotation or an order, find their contact in Odoo by phone or email. Find their quotations and sales orders from the last 90 days (example). Ask which one they mean if there is more than one. Tell them the status in plain words, the total and the salesperson’s name.
Who uses it
