Connect Keap to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and AI Chat
Leads and customers message you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, web chat or email, but your contacts, automations and orders live in Keap. AeroChat answers those conversations and works with Keap in both directions: it looks up the contact, their orders and subscriptions when a customer asks, and it creates contacts, applies tags and adds notes and tasks from what the customer says. How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Keap’s public REST API. It reads contacts, tags, orders and subscriptions, and it creates and updates contacts, applies tags and adds notes and tasks. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, a Keap admin opens Settings, then API Settings, and creates a Service Account Key for AeroChat, as described in Keap’s developer documentation. A Personal Access Token works too, with the same access as the user who creates it. Paste the key into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Keap calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When someone gives their name and email in chat, search Keap for a contact with that email. If there is one, update their phone number if it is missing. If not, create a contact with their name, email, phone and the channel they used. Apply the tag Chat Lead and a tag for the programme they asked about (example tags). Add a note with a short summary of what they asked about.
Copy this into AeroChat
When a customer asks about their order or subscription, find their contact in Keap by email or phone. Read their recent orders and active subscriptions. Tell them what they bought, the order status and, for a subscription, the next billing date. If they want to cancel or change it, create a task for our team with the details and tell them we will reply within one working day (example).

Any business that runs its contacts, follow-up and sales in Keap can use it. That includes coaches, consultants, course creators and service businesses that sell programmes, memberships and subscriptions.

Yes. AeroChat connects through Keap’s public API with a Service Account Key or Personal Access Token you create in Keap.

Do I need a developer?
