How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Glofox’s public API. It reads your classes and timetable, your members, their memberships and credits, and their bookings. It books members into classes. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, request API access for your studio through the request-access steps in Glofox’s developer portal. Glofox issues an API key and an API token for your studio. Your branch ID is in your Glofox settings. Enter all three in the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Glofox calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a member asks to book a class, find out which class and which day. Check the Glofox timetable and offer the sessions for that class on that day with their times. When they pick one, find them in Glofox by email or phone and book them in. Confirm the class, date and time. If the class is full, offer the next session of the same class.

When a member asks how many credits they have left, ask for the email or phone number on their membership. Find them in Glofox and reply with their membership name and the credits remaining. If they have none left, tell them which memberships and packs we sell, from Glofox. Never share another member’s details.
