How the connection works
AeroChat connects through GoHighLevel’s public API. It reads contacts, calendars, free slots, appointments and opportunities, and it creates and updates contacts, tags, notes, appointments and opportunities. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, an admin in the sub-account opens Settings, then Private Integrations, creates an integration for AeroChat with the scopes the workflow needs (for example, contacts, calendars and opportunities), and copies the token. The steps are in GoHighLevel’s developer documentation. Paste the token and the sub-account’s location ID into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which GoHighLevel calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.
