What you can do with Zenoti and AeroChat
- Book appointments from WhatsApp. AeroChat checks Zenoti for open slots by service, centre and therapist, and books the one the guest picks.
- Answer package and membership balance questions. AeroChat reads the guest’s packages and memberships in Zenoti and replies with what is left and when it expires.
- Move or cancel an appointment in chat. AeroChat finds the guest’s booking in Zenoti and updates it inside your cancellation policy.
- Answer “what time is my appointment?”. AeroChat checks the guest’s upcoming appointments by phone number.
- Add new guests from the chat. First-time guests are created in Zenoti with their name and phone number when they book.
How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Zenoti’s public API, documented at docs.zenoti.com. Through it, AeroChat reads your centres, services, therapists and open appointment slots, finds guests and their appointments, packages and memberships, and creates or changes bookings.
To connect, an admin creates an API key in Zenoti’s settings, as a backend app for your organisation. Note your centre ID as well if you run more than one location.
You describe the workflow in plain English, for example “when a guest asks how many sessions are left on their package, check Zenoti and tell them”. AeroChat builds the workflow as a draft and asks for the Zenoti API key by name. You enter it in the AeroChat dashboard. It never passes through the conversation.

When a guest asks to book, find out which service they want, which centre, the day and time they prefer, and whether they want a particular therapist. Check Zenoti for open slots and offer up to three closest to what they asked for. When they choose one, find them in Zenoti by phone number, or create them as a new guest, and book it. Confirm the service, therapist, date, time and centre address. Only quote services and prices from Zenoti. If they ask anything you cannot answer, tell them a team member will reply and hand over.

When a guest asks how many sessions they have left, find them in Zenoti by the phone number they are messaging from. Tell them each active package or membership, the sessions or credits left and the expiry date. Offer to book their next session. Never share another guest’s details.
