Answer Pike13 Plan and Pass Questions on WhatsApp

By Alva Chew 4 min read Updated October 30, 2026

This recipe answers “how many classes are left on my pass?” and “when does my plan end?” in chat, from the client’s plans in Pike13. Part of connecting Pike13 to WhatsApp and AI chat.

What happens today

Clients and parents ask how many lessons are left on a 10-class pass, or when this term’s plan ends. Each answer means finding the person in Pike13 and reading their plans. The questions arrive in the evening and at weekends, when the desk is closed.

The flow that works

  1. AeroChat asks for the email on the client’s account.
  2. It finds the person in Pike13.
  3. It reads their plans and passes.
  4. It replies with what they have, what is left and when it ends.
  5. If a pass is nearly used up, it tells them what they can buy next.

The recipe

When a client asks about their pass, plan or how many classes they have left, follow these steps.

  1. Ask for the email on their account, unless we already have it. If they are asking for a child, ask for the child’s name too.
  2. Find the person in Pike13. If there is more than one match, ask for the full name.
  3. Read their active plans and passes.
  4. Reply with each one: the name, the visits left if it is a pass, and the end date.
  5. If a pass has 2 visits or fewer left (example), tell them which passes and plans we sell, from our knowledge base, and offer to hand over to our team to buy one.

Never share another client’s details. If they want to pause or cancel a plan, hand the conversation to our team with their name and request. Reply in the customer’s language.

Change the low-balance number before you paste it.

What to connect

  • Pike13. On the Premium plan, the owner registers an app for AeroChat on Pike13 for Developers and waits for Pike13 to approve it. Enter the client ID and secret, then sign in to Pike13 to approve access when AeroChat asks.
  • Your knowledge base. Upload your plans, passes and your rules on pauses and expiry.

After you paste the recipe, AeroChat builds the workflow as a draft and shows a checklist: connect Pike13, add your knowledge base if the recipe uses one, then switch it on. If it built the connection from Pike13’s public documentation, the checklist asks you to check it once against the current docs.

Using a different system? If it has a public API, it connects to AeroChat the same way: describe what you want, paste in its key, and it runs.

What you still decide

  • Which plan details AeroChat shares in chat.
  • When it suggests a new pass.
  • Who handles pauses and cancellations.

The result to expect

Clients and parents get their pass and plan details in seconds, in the chat they already use, including in the evening. Your team spends less time looking up balances, and families renew before a pass runs out.

Measure it with your own numbers: plan questions answered without staff, and renewals that follow a balance question, for a month before and after.
