How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Pike13’s public API. It reads your event occurrences (class sessions) with the spaces left, people, their plans and passes, and their visits. It creates people, books visits and cancels them. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
Pike13 includes API access on its Premium plan. To connect, the business owner registers an app for AeroChat on Pike13 for Developers. Pike13 reviews the app before its credentials work. Enter the client ID and secret in the AeroChat dashboard, then sign in to Pike13 and approve access when AeroChat asks.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Pike13 calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a client asks to book a class, find out which class and which day. Check Pike13 for sessions of that class on that day and offer the ones with spaces left, with their times. When they pick one, find them in Pike13 by email and book a visit for that session. Confirm the class, date and time.
