Book Pike13 Classes from WhatsApp
This recipe turns a booking request in chat into a confirmed visit in Pike13, with sessions that have spaces left offered in the conversation. Part of connecting Pike13 to WhatsApp and AI chat.
What happens today
A parent asks on WhatsApp whether there is space in Saturday’s beginner swim class. Whoever replies opens Pike13, checks the session and books the child in by hand. Messages that arrive in the evening wait until the next day, and by then the last place may have gone.
The flow that works
- AeroChat finds out which class the client wants and on which day.
- It checks Pike13 for sessions of that class and the spaces left.
- It offers the sessions that still have space.
- It finds the client in Pike13, or creates them if they are new.
- It books a visit for the session they pick and confirms it.
The recipe
Copy this into AeroChat
When a client asks to book a class, follow these steps.
- Ask which class they want, for example beginner swim or kids’ karate (examples), who it is for, and which day.
- Check Pike13 for sessions of that class on that day. If none have spaces left, check the next 7 days (example).
- Offer up to three sessions with spaces left, with the start time and the number of spaces.
- When they pick one, ask for the email on their account and find the person in Pike13. If they are new, ask for their first name, last name, email and phone number and create them.
- Book a visit for that session in Pike13.
- Confirm the class, date, time and what to bring, from our knowledge base.
If Pike13 refuses the booking, for example because the client has no plan or pass that covers it, tell them why and hand over to our team. Reply in the customer’s language.
Change the class names and the number of days to look ahead before you paste it.
What to connect
- Pike13. On the Premium plan, the owner registers an app for AeroChat on Pike13 for Developers and waits for Pike13 to approve it. Enter the client ID and secret, then sign in to Pike13 to approve access when AeroChat asks.
- Your knowledge base. Upload your class descriptions, age groups, what to bring and your address.
After you paste the recipe, AeroChat builds the workflow as a draft and shows a checklist: connect Pike13, add your knowledge base if the recipe uses one, then switch it on. If it built the connection from Pike13’s public documentation, the checklist asks you to check it once against the current docs.
Using a different system? If it has a public API, it connects to AeroChat the same way: describe what you want, paste in its key, and it runs.
Can’t find your tool? Message us in the chat on this page and we’ll tell you how it connects.
What you still decide
- Which classes AeroChat can book.
- Whether it creates new clients or hands them to your team.
- Who gets the conversation when Pike13 refuses a booking.
The result to expect
Clients and parents who ask to book in chat leave with a confirmed place while there is still space. Your team stops checking sessions by hand, and Pike13 stays the one schedule everyone works from.
Measure it with your own numbers: visits booked from chat, and new clients created from chat, for a month before and after.
Next: answer plan and pass questions.
Works on every chat channel
This workflow runs the same way on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, the chat on your website and email, with the same Pike13 connection behind it. See what each channel does on the Pike13 integration page.
