Connect Wrike to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and AI Chat
Clients message you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, web chat or email, but the work they ask for is planned and tracked in Wrike. AeroChat answers those conversations and works with Wrike as it goes. It looks up a task when a client asks where their work stands, and it creates tasks and adds comments with what the client tells it. It connects through Wrike’s public API. You describe the workflow in your own words, and AeroChat builds it.
What you can do with Wrike and AeroChat
- Turn chat requests into Wrike tasks. When a client asks for new work, AeroChat creates a task in the right folder or project with the brief and the due date.
- Answer project status questions from Wrike. AeroChat finds the client’s task and replies with its status and due date, and adds their feedback as a comment.
- Add client feedback to the task. AeroChat posts what the client said as a comment, so the assignee sees it in Wrike.
- Recognise returning clients. AeroChat finds the client’s folder or project and files new requests there.
- Hand urgent requests to the right person. AeroChat tells the client who is responsible and hands the conversation over.
Works on every chat channel
Your clients message you wherever they already are. The same Wrike connection and the same workflows run on every channel AeroChat supports, and Wrike stays the record whichever one they use.
| Channel | What your clients can do |
|---|---|
| Message your WhatsApp Business number to send a brief, ask where their project stands or give feedback on the work. Voice notes are transcribed, so a spoken request works too. | |
| Send the same requests by direct message. A comment on your post can get an automatic reply that moves the conversation to a DM. | |
| Facebook Messenger | Send the same requests to your Facebook Page. Comments on your Page posts can get an automatic reply too. |
| TikTok | Send the same requests by TikTok direct message or TikTok Shop buyer chat. Both arrive in the same TikTok inbox. |
| Telegram | Send the same requests to your business on Telegram. |
| Web chat | Do the same from the chat on your website, without leaving the page. |
| Write to your Gmail or Office 365 address and get the same answer the chat gives. |
How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Wrike’s public API. It searches tasks, folders and projects, reads a task’s status and dates, creates tasks and adds comments. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, a Wrike user creates an app in Wrike’s App Console and generates a permanent access token. The token acts with that user’s access, so use an account that can see the folders and projects the workflow needs. Paste the token into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Wrike calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.
Workflows to copy
Copy this into AeroChat
When a client asks for new work, ask for their company name, what they need, the deadline and any files or links. Create a task in the client’s folder in Wrike (example) with a title that starts with their company name, the brief as the description and the deadline as the due date. Tell them the task has been created and our team will confirm within one working day (example).
Copy this into AeroChat
When a client asks how their project is going, find the open task with their company name in its title in Wrike. Tell them the status and the due date. If they give feedback, add it to the task as a comment and tell them the assignee will see it.
Who uses it
Agencies, creative and marketing teams, and professional services firms often plan client work in Wrike. That includes design and content studios, event agencies and consultancies that take briefs from clients by message. If your team works from Wrike, your clients can reach it through chat.
What stays in Wrike
Wrike stays your record. Folders, projects, tasks, assignees, workflows and reports live there, and your team still plans and delivers the work.
AeroChat handles the conversation. It reads tasks, creates them and adds comments as your recipe asks, and leaves the rest to Wrike and your team.
