Connect Bitrix24 to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and AI Chat

By Alva Chew 6 min read Updated October 30, 2026

Leads and customers message you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, web chat or email, but your pipeline lives in Bitrix24. AeroChat answers those conversations in both directions. It checks Bitrix24 when a customer asks where their quote or order stands, and it records what they tell you as it goes: the contact, the answers that qualify them, the deal and a timeline comment of the conversation. It connects through Bitrix24’s public API. You describe the workflow in your own words, and AeroChat builds it.

What you can do with Bitrix24 and AeroChat

  • Send chat leads to Bitrix24. When someone leaves their name and email or phone in chat, AeroChat finds or creates the contact and adds a timeline comment of the conversation.
  • Qualify leads and open deals. AeroChat asks your qualifying questions, records the answers on the contact and creates a deal in the right stage.
  • Answer deal status questions. AeroChat finds the customer’s deal and tells them what its stage means for them, in words you choose.
  • Recognise returning contacts. AeroChat looks the person up by phone or email and uses what Bitrix24 already knows, such as their owner and open deals.
  • Hand hot leads to the right person. AeroChat passes the conversation to the contact’s owner in Bitrix24, with a summary.

Works on every chat channel

Your leads and customers message you wherever they already are. The same Bitrix24 connection and the same workflows run on every channel AeroChat supports, and Bitrix24 stays the record whichever one they use.

Channel What your leads and customers can do
WhatsApp Message your WhatsApp Business number to ask about your services, leave their details or check where their quote or order stands. Voice notes are transcribed, so a spoken request works too.
Instagram Send the same requests by direct message. A comment on your post can get an automatic reply that moves the conversation to a DM.
Facebook Messenger Send the same requests to your Facebook Page. Comments on your Page posts can get an automatic reply too.
TikTok Send the same requests by TikTok direct message or TikTok Shop buyer chat. Both arrive in the same TikTok inbox.
Telegram Send the same requests to your business on Telegram.
Web chat Do the same from the chat on your website, without leaving the page.
Email Write to your Gmail or Office 365 address and get the same answer the chat gives.

How the connection works

AeroChat connects through the Bitrix24 REST API. It reads and writes leads, contacts, companies and deals, finds existing records by phone or email, and adds activities and timeline comments. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.

To connect, an administrator in your Bitrix24 account, or an employee they have allowed, creates an inbound webhook under Applications, then Developer resources. Give it the CRM permission and copy the webhook URL. Paste it into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks. Your Bitrix24 plan needs to include REST API access.

You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Bitrix24 calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

Workflows to copy

Copy this into AeroChat

When someone gives their name and email or phone number in chat, search Bitrix24 for a contact with that email or phone. If there is one, update it. If not, create a contact with their name, email, phone and the channel they used. Add a timeline comment with a short summary of what they asked about. Set the source to chat (example).

When a customer asks where their quote or order stands, find their contact in Bitrix24 by phone or email and look up their open deal. Tell them what its stage means: Proposal sent means “your quote is with you, reply here with any questions”, In progress means “we are working on it and will update you by Friday” (examples). If there is no open deal, ask for their reference number and hand the conversation to our team.

Who uses it

Any business that runs its sales pipeline in Bitrix24 can use it, from agencies to distributors to service firms. These recipes fit the same pattern:

What stays in Bitrix24

Bitrix24 stays your record. Leads, contacts, deals, pipelines, tasks and reporting live there, and your team still works the deals and owns the relationship.

AeroChat handles the conversation. It looks up what the customer asks about, creates and updates the records your recipe asks for, and leaves the rest to Bitrix24 and your team.

Questions

Does AeroChat work with Bitrix24?

Yes. AeroChat connects through Bitrix24’s public API with an inbound webhook you create in Bitrix24.

Can WhatsApp leads go straight into Bitrix24?

Yes. When a lead gives their details in chat, AeroChat creates or updates the Bitrix24 contact and adds a timeline comment of the conversation.

Do I need a developer?

No. You describe the workflow in your own words, create an inbound webhook in Bitrix24 and paste in its URL, and switch it on. AeroChat builds the Bitrix24 connection from your description and shows a checklist of what is left to do.

Which plan do I need?

Workflows via Skills are on every plan, Free included. Choose by message volume: Starter covers 500 AI responses a month and 3 seats, Growth covers 2,000 responses and 10 seats and adds payment links and broadcasts, and Advanced covers 5,000 responses and 25 seats.
