How the connection works
AeroChat connects through SimplyBook.me’s public API. It reads your services, providers, working days, free times and your clients’ bookings. It creates bookings, reschedules and cancels them, adds booking comments, and creates or updates clients. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, switch on the API custom feature in your SimplyBook.me account. Then create an API User Key under Settings for a user with access to your bookings. Enter your company login, that user’s login and the key in the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which SimplyBook.me calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a client asks to book, find out which service they want, whether they have a preferred staff member, and the day and time they prefer. Check SimplyBook.me for free times and offer up to three closest to what they asked for. When they choose one, find them in SimplyBook.me by phone or email, or create them as a new client with their name, email and phone. Book the appointment and confirm the service, date, time and our address. Only quote services and prices from SimplyBook.me.

When a client asks when their appointment is, find them in SimplyBook.me by the phone number they are messaging from, or ask for the email they booked with. Reply with the service, staff member, date and time of their next booking. If they mention anything we should know before the visit, add it to the booking comment. Never share another client’s details.
