- Book Setmore appointments from chat. AeroChat checks free slots for the service and staff member the customer wants and books the one they pick.
- Reschedule or cancel in chat. AeroChat finds the customer’s appointment, offers new slots and moves it, or cancels it when they ask.
- Answer “when is my appointment?”. AeroChat looks up the customer’s booking and replies with the date, time, service and staff member.
- Add new customers from the chat. When someone books for the first time, AeroChat creates the customer in Setmore with their name, email and phone.
- Book with a named staff member. AeroChat reads your Setmore staff and services, so a request for a particular person goes to their calendar.

How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Setmore’s public API. It reads your services, staff, free time slots, customers and appointments. It creates customers, and creates, reschedules and cancels appointments. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
Setmore gives API access to Pro accounts on request. To connect, request API access from Setmore by email with your name, your Setmore login email and a line on how you will use it. When Setmore approves it, copy the API credentials from your account and enter them in the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Setmore calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a customer asks to book, find out which service they want, the day and time they prefer, and whether they want a particular staff member. Check Setmore for free slots for that service and staff member and offer up to three closest to what they asked for. When they choose one, find them in Setmore by email or phone, or create them as a new customer with their name, email and phone. Book the appointment and confirm the service, staff member, date, time and our address. Only quote services and prices from Setmore.

When a customer asks when their appointment is, find them in Setmore by the phone number they are messaging from, or ask for their email. Reply with the date, time, service and staff member of their next appointment. Never share another customer’s details.
