Connect Rentvine to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and AI Chat
Tenants, owners and applicants message you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, web chat or email, but your leases, work orders and accounts live in Rentvine. AeroChat answers those conversations and works from Rentvine as it goes: it looks up the tenant’s lease, opens the work order and reports back on its status. It connects through Rentvine’s public API. You describe the workflow in your own words, and AeroChat builds it.

Works on every chat channel
Your tenants and owners message you wherever they already are. The same Rentvine connection and the same workflows run on every channel AeroChat supports, and Rentvine stays the record whichever one they use.
| Channel | What your tenants and owners can do |
|---|---|
| Message your WhatsApp Business number to report a repair, check on a work order, ask about their lease or ask about a vacant unit. Voice notes are transcribed, so a spoken request works too. | |
| Send the same requests by direct message. A comment on your post can get an automatic reply that moves the conversation to a DM. | |
| Facebook Messenger | Send the same requests to your Facebook Page. Comments on your Page posts can get an automatic reply too. |
| TikTok | Send the same requests by TikTok direct message or TikTok Shop buyer chat. Both arrive in the same TikTok inbox. |
| Telegram | Send the same requests to your business on Telegram. |
| Web chat | Do the same from the chat on your website, without leaving the page. |
| Write to your Gmail or Office 365 address and get the same answer the chat gives. |
How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Rentvine’s public API. It reads properties, units, leases, tenants, work orders and listings, and it can create work orders and update tenant contacts. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, open the users, roles and API settings in Rentvine, create an API key for AeroChat and give it a role with the access the workflow needs, as described in the Rentvine API documentation. Paste the key, its secret and your Rentvine account name into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks. The secret is shown once, so copy it before you close the window.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Rentvine calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

What stays in Rentvine
Rentvine stays your record. Properties, leases, tenants, owners, accounting and work orders live there, and your team still assigns vendors, approves bills and manages renewals.
AeroChat handles the conversation. It looks up the records and creates the work orders your recipe asks for and leaves the rest to Rentvine and your team.
