Connect Pabbly Connect to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and AI Chat
Customers message you on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, web chat or email, and your follow-up already runs on Pabbly Connect workflows. AeroChat answers those conversations, collects the details your workflows need and sends them to a Pabbly Connect webhook, so the workflows you built carry on from there. When a customer asks about a booking or an order, AeroChat reads the answer from the Google Sheet your workflows keep up to date. You describe the workflow in your own words, and AeroChat builds it.
What you can do with Pabbly Connect and AeroChat
- Send chat leads into your workflows. When someone leaves their name and email in chat, AeroChat sends the details to your workflow, which adds them to your CRM, email list or sheet.
- Answer booking questions from a sheet your workflows keep. When a workflow writes each booking to a Google Sheet, AeroChat looks it up when the customer asks, and sends change requests back to your workflow.
- Start a workflow from an order or enquiry. AeroChat collects the items, date or address and sends them in one go, so the workflow can create the order, invoice or task.
- Recognise returning customers. AeroChat checks the sheet your workflows fill and uses what is already there, such as their last booking.
- Alert your team when a chat needs them. AeroChat sends a summary to a workflow that emails your team or posts it to your team chat.

How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Pabbly Connect’s webhook trigger. You start a workflow with Webhook by Pabbly as the trigger app and Catch Webhook as the event, and copy the webhook URL Pabbly Connect gives you. AeroChat sends the details your recipe names to that URL, and the rest of the workflow runs as you built it. Pabbly explains the trigger in its guide to webhooks in Pabbly Connect.
AeroChat treats the webhook as one way. When a customer needs to know something, such as a booking time or an order status, have the workflow write it to a Google Sheet and connect that sheet to AeroChat, or connect the system that holds it through its own public API.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which fields to send, and asks you to paste in your Pabbly Connect webhook URL. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a customer asks when their appointment is, find the row with their phone number in our Bookings Google Sheet (example) and tell them the date, time and service. If they want to change it, ask for two times that suit them, send their phone number, booking ID and preferred times to our Pabbly Connect webhook, and tell them we will confirm the new time.
Who uses it
Any business that already moves data between its apps with Pabbly Connect can use it. That includes service businesses and coaches that log bookings in a sheet, course sellers that add leads to an email list, and agencies that create tasks from client requests. If a workflow already starts from a form, it can start from a chat in the same way.
What stays in Pabbly Connect
Pabbly Connect stays where your automations live. Your workflows, the apps they connect, their filters and their task history stay there, and you edit them as you do today.
AeroChat handles the conversation. It collects the details, sends them to your webhook and answers from the records you connect. What happens after the webhook is up to your workflows.

Do I need a developer?
No. You describe the workflow in your own words, add a Catch Webhook trigger in Pabbly Connect and paste its URL into AeroChat, and switch it on. AeroChat shows a checklist of what is left to do.
