- Take direct booking enquiries in chat. AeroChat checks the property calendar in Hostfully for the guest’s dates and creates the inquiry for your team to confirm.

How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Hostfully’s public API. It reads properties, property calendars and leads, which is how Hostfully holds inquiries and bookings, and it can create leads and update their details. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, copy your API key and your agency ID from Agency Settings in Hostfully, as described in the Hostfully API documentation, and paste them into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks. API keys are available to Hostfully customers on plans that include API access.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Hostfully calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a guest asks if a property is free, ask for their dates and number of guests. Check the property calendar in Hostfully. If every night is free, reply with the price for the stay and the minimum stay. If not, offer our other properties that are free on those dates. When they want to book, ask for their full name, email and phone number and create an inquiry in Hostfully for that property and those dates. Tell them our team will confirm and send payment details within two hours (example).
Copy this into AeroChat
When a guest asks about their booking, find it in Hostfully by phone number or email. Reply with their check-in and check-out dates, the property name and our check-in time. If they tell you their arrival time or ask for an extra, record it on the booking in Hostfully and tell them our team will confirm. Never share a booking with someone whose phone or email does not match it.
