How the connection works
AeroChat connects through Beds24’s public API (version 2). It reads properties, rooms, availability, offers and bookings, and it can create bookings and update their details and notes. Each workflow uses only what its recipe asks for.
To connect, open Settings, then Marketplace, then API in Beds24 and create an invite code for AeroChat with the scopes the workflow needs (for example, read and write bookings and read inventory), as described in the Beds24 API V2 documentation. Paste the invite code into the AeroChat dashboard when AeroChat asks. If you do not see the API menu, Beds24 support can switch it on for your account.
You describe the workflow in your own words. AeroChat builds it as a draft, works out which Beds24 calls it needs, and asks you to connect. Keys and credentials are entered in the AeroChat dashboard and never pass through the conversation.

When a guest asks if you have a room, ask for their dates and number of guests. Check the offers in Beds24 for those dates. Reply with the room types that are free and the price for the whole stay. When they choose a room, ask for their full name, email and phone number and create a booking in Beds24 with the status Request (example). Tell them our team will confirm and send payment details within two hours (example).

When a guest asks about their booking, find it in Beds24 by phone number or email. Reply with their arrival and departure dates, the room and our check-in time. If they tell you their arrival time or ask for an extra, add it to the booking notes in Beds24 and tell them our team will confirm. Never share a booking with someone whose phone or email does not match it.
