How to connect Telegram

Put your AI assistant on Telegram, around the clock.

Step 1: Open BotFather in Telegram

In Telegram, search for @BotFather (official bot, blue verified tick) and click Start.

Step 2: Create your bot
  • Send /newbot and follow the prompts to name your bot, then choose a username ending in “bot”. (E.g. AeroChatBot or aerochat_bot)

  • Already have a Telegram bot? Send /mybots instead to pick your bot — then open API Token to copy your existing token.

Step 3: Submit token and go live

In your AeroChat dashboard, go to Channels → Telegram. Paste your bot token and click Submit. Incoming messages from Telegram will flow straight into your unified inbox — answered instantly.
