Please make sure you are subscribed to at least the Webflow Basic plan.

Step 1: Access Theme Code

• Go to Online Store > Themes from the left side panel.

• Click the three dot (more) button beside the Customize button and choose Edit code.

Step 2: Open theme.liquid File

From the left side panel, choose the theme.liquid file.

Step 3: Paste Code and Save

• Scroll down to the end of the file and paste your script code before the </body> tag.

• Finally, make sure to click the Save button at the top right corner.

Now, you will see the chatbot widget at the bottom right side of your website.
