Self-Learning AI

An AI that gets smarter after every conversation. AeroChat captures the questions it couldn't confidently answer, drafts a reply for you to approve, and never gets caught by that question again — while remembering the full context of each chat.

Key Capabilities

  • Auto-captures unanswered questions — every time the AI isn't confident, the question is saved to your review queue instead of lost.
  • Drafts the answer for you — AeroChat proposes a reply and flags when its confidence was low, so you're verifying a draft, not writing from scratch.
  • Approve, edit, or ignore — one click to train the answer in, edit it first, or dismiss questions that don't matter.
  • Frequency & recency tracking — each question shows how often it's been asked and when it last came up, so you fix what matters most.
  • Auto-answer tracking — see how many times the AI has used each trained answer since you approved it.
  • Conversation memory — the AI remembers earlier messages in a chat, so follow-ups like "and how much is that one?" are understood in context.

Overview

Most chatbots are frozen the day you set them up. When a customer asks something the bot wasn't trained on, it guesses or deflects — and you never find out. The gaps stay invisible, the bot keeps failing the same way, and your team keeps fielding the same questions by hand.

Self-Learning AI closes that loop. Whenever AeroChat isn't confident enough to answer, it captures the question, tracks how often it's asked, and drafts a proposed answer — flagging that its confidence was low so you know to check it. You review the draft, edit if needed, and approve it in one click to train it into the AI. From then on, that question is answered instantly and correctly, and you can watch the auto-answered count climb as the AI reuses what you taught it. And because it holds the memory of the whole conversation, it understands follow-ups in context instead of treating every message as a fresh start — so a customer can say "does it come in black?" after asking about a jacket, and the AI knows exactly what "it" means.

How It Works

1

Capture

When the AI's confidence is low, it saves the customer's question to your Self-Learning queue and counts how often it recurs.

2

Review the draft

AeroChat shows a proposed answer with a low-confidence flag. You verify it, edit if needed, or ignore questions that don't matter.

3

Approve & train

One click trains the answer into the AI. Every future match is answered instantly — and you can see how many times it's been auto-answered since.

Scenario 1

A captured question becomes a trained answer

✓ Approve & Train ✎ Edit Answer Ignore

Why this wins: The bot's blind spots become a short to-do list instead of a silent leak. One click trains the answer, the question moves to Trained, and the AI auto-answers it every time after — you can watch the count climb with zero further effort.

Scenario 2

Memory handles a natural follow-up

Is the Trailblazer running shoe good for long distances?
Yes — the Trailblazer is built for endurance, with extra cushioning for long runs.
Remembers: Trailblazer running shoe
And is it good for flat feet?
It is — the Trailblazer has solid arch support that works well for flat feet.
Remembers: Trailblazer + flat feet
Okay, do you have it in size 9?
Yes, the Trailblazer is in stock in size 9. Want me to add it to your cart?
Remembers: Trailblazer, size 9

Why this wins: Conversations feel human. The AI knows "it" still means the Trailblazer three messages later, so customers never have to repeat themselves — and the AI doesn't lose the plot mid-chat.

Setting It Up

  1. Self-Learning is on by default — questions start being captured as soon as your bot is live.
  2. Open Self-Learning in the dashboard. The tabs — All, Pending Review, Trained, Ignored — let you focus on what needs attention.
  3. Open a pending question to see its draft answer, frequency, and when it was last asked, then click Approve & Train, Edit Answer, or Ignore.
  4. Conversation memory works automatically within each chat — no setup required.

FAQ

Does the AI change its answers without my approval?

No. Captured questions sit in the Pending Review queue, and nothing trains into the AI until you approve it. You can also edit a draft before approving, or ignore it entirely.

How does it decide which questions to capture?

It uses confidence scoring — when the AI isn't sure enough that its answer is correct, it flags the question and drafts a reply for you to verify rather than risking a wrong answer.

How do I know the training is working?

Each trained answer tracks how many times the AI has auto-answered it since approval, so you can see the time it's saving at a glance.

How long does the AI remember a conversation?

It retains the context of the ongoing conversation so follow-up questions are understood. Memory is scoped to each chat, so every customer's context stays their own.
