Setting It Up

AI → Knowledge Base. - Your connected site's pages and posts appear automatically under
All Sources. - Click
Create Documentto write content, orUpload File(s)to add DOC, DOCX, TXT, PDF, MD, or XLSX files. - Use
Include/Excludeto control which sources the AI trains on. - Watch the
Trainedstatus — your AI starts using each source once it's trained.
FAQ
Where does the Knowledge Base get its content?
Two places: your connected website (crawled automatically into pages and posts) and custom sources you add yourself by writing a document or uploading files.
What file types can I upload?
DOC, DOCX, TXT, PDF, MD, and XLSX, up to 15MB each.
Can I stop the AI from using a certain source?
Yes. Exclude any source with one click and it's left out of training; include it again anytime.
Can I delete a source?
You can delete custom sources you've added (documents and uploads). Crawled pages and posts come from your connected platform, so they can only be included or excluded here — they're removed from the source itself.
How is this different from Self-Learning?
The Knowledge Base keeps your AI synced with your business content automatically. Self-Learning goes further — it lets you review and approve answers from real conversations, so your AI keeps improving on top of what it already knows.
