Setting It Up

  1. Go to Settings → Contact Capture.
  2. Turn on the Visitor Contact Form Popup and choose which fields to request.
  3. Turn on Proactive Contact Collection, pick what to collect, and set your limits.
  4. That's it — new contacts appear automatically under Contacts, tagged by channel.
